Lift Big, Eat Big!



I don't fall into the "chicken, broccoli & brown rice" camp - I'm actually more of an IIFYM guy, than anything - but it's what I had laying around. I love all three components independent of each other, so tossing them all together (along with some Sriracha & soy sauce) just makes it that much more enjoyable.

Yes, it's getting logged on MyFitnessPal in the background... ;c)
